Hope Birth & Beyond, also referred to as HBB, has established its mission to celebrate, develop, and guide the expression and manifestation of the individual truth of each of its Members. Whether this extends to daily life, work, or leisure, Hope Birth & Beyond is dedicated to supporting each Member in realizing his/her individual truth and health throughout his/her life journey.

Our Society’s intentions include a deep commitment to self-responsibility and the ongoing stewardship of our resources, gifts, and abilities through service to others. Ultimately, our mission is to help each Member become a valuable and positive force in the world by supporting their journey towards aligning their outer reality with their internal truth.

LEADERSHIP

Hope Birth & Beyond Private Association is managed by Hope Staves, who is responsible for directing the daily affairs of the Association and working towards achieving the goals highlighted in its mission statement above. As Manager, she oversees the Association's outreach and manages all of its charitable efforts in the community.

A MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION BUILT ON PRIVATE CONTRACT

The nature of the current world system is such that most of us go through life attached to a corporate, statutory public jurisdiction. This means that, by our consent, our freedoms are purposely curtailed for the enrichment and control of others.

This is a system designed to entrap each individual into a life of debt enslavement and bonded servitude.

We have established our membership organization under the rights of private contract and our right to private and free association.

We are not subject to corporate/statutory codes, ordinances, and statutes within that jurisdiction. We are free to associate within our private contractual agreements and to work in pursuit of fulfilling our mission. 

Hope Birth & Beyond and Private Contract Association is an extension of the expressed mission and purpose of the Hope Birth & Beyond  Private Society, which was established on Jan 16th, 2017, as an. LLC AND NOW A  private mission society.

STATEMENT OF DECREE OF THE OVERSEER OF HOPE BIRTH & BEYOND  

FOR HOPE BIRTH & BEYOND, AN ELEEMOSYNARY SOCIETY LIKE NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

KNOW ALL PEOPLE AND BY THESE PRESENTS that the LIVING PEOPLE OF THE HOUSE OF STAVES/ ANDERSON, KNOWN AS HOPE STAVES (also known as “overseer”), A Living Beneficiary of Hope Birth & Beyond, herein enscribed below, has excepted to occupy the office of Overseer (also referred to herein as “office”) of Hope Birth & Beyond, a Corporation Sole, for Hope Birth & Beyond, an Eleemosynary Society, through a private instrument of Establishment and Articles of Creation and is thereby Qualified, Appointed, Elected and Ordained to the said office and the establishment thereof in perpetuity, placed within Authority on the Free, Dry Soil of North America and within the Original Jurisdiction on the substance and soil of the Planet Earth, standing over and superior to any man-made purported claim of venue, jurisdiction or provenance, and is on the Free, Dry Soil of North America and by acceptance does take upon Himself such Lawful Authority, Power and Capacity thereof. Like Notice to the Public, this Statement and Decree do hereby give notice of the establishment of:

 

 

HOPE BIRTH & BEYOND - A ELEEMOSYNARY SOCIETY       

The date of its creation is the sixteenth day of the first month, in the year Two Thousand and Seventeen

. The said creation of the office of overseer contains specific conditions and terms, any and all of which are made a part hereof fully and entirely as if herein explicitly set forth in full. Said creation of the office of overseer is by nature a private contract between the Overseer and her/his Source, an Eternal Covenant that no man, woman, or institution can intervene upon or controvert, and shall remain by its own dictates and terms contained therein, a private instrument free of impairment or intrusion. The Articles of Establishment and Creation are private by character in nature and held in the permanent archival record of the Hope Birth & Beyond Society. They are not subject to demand, subpoena, claim, device, or other publicly originating process. All substantive, inherent, unalienable, and equitable rights are expressly preserved and protected under the protection and immunities thereof.

By the Statement and Decree, the Overseer does hereby give notice of the following: 

 

MISSION, INTENT, AND PURPOSE OF THE SOCIETY

The Office of Overseer for Hope Birth & Beyond, an Eleemosynary Society (also referred to herein as “Society”), Is hereby established to promote, support, and enact any and all forms of life-enhancing principles that shall facilitate the upliftment of all Men, Women - and those who identify as such and Children on the Planet Earth, in communion with each individual’s eternally ordained Gift of Life in true freedom of expression, sovereignty, prosperity, and abundance. The mission of Hope Birth & Beyond is founded on the principle of ministering to the needs of those who wish to avail themselves of the services and eleemosynary applications of the Society, both of a spiritual as well as practical nature. This shall include, but not be limited by: 

The Hope Birth and Beyond Eleemosynary Society by and through the office of the Overseer of Hope Birth & Beyond, has established its mission to celebrate, develop, and guide the expression and manifestation of the individual truth of each of its Members. Whether this extends to health, daily life, work, or leisure, Hope Birth & Beyond is dedicated to supporting each Member in realizing his/her/ their truth throughout his/her life journey.

Perpetual Existence. The Office of Overseer, for a Woman/Man*, and her/his successors, for Hope Birth and Beyond, an Eleemosynary Society, shall be perpetual in nature and shall not be dissolved by any earthly authority. A perpetual line of succession has been established to maintain such perpetuity. 

•  The use of the female gender pronoun or other gender-specific references, including female/male/ they/ them by point and reference hereby, in the event of the succession to the office of overseer by gender, shall apply. 

•  Authority, Disciplines, and No Grant of Jurisdiction. In conformity with the Disciplines of the Instrument of Establishment, the Overseer recognizes and acknowledges the existence, capacity, privacy, powers, authority, duty, and other purposes of the Office of the Overseer for a Woman.

•  Said, “Instrument of Establishment and Article of Creation,” by and through this decree and statement, notifies Holy See, The Crown, The Universal Postal Union, The City of London, the Corporation and all sub-corporate charters derived therefrom, all commercial instrumentalities including, but not limited to, the British East Indies Company, The Virginia Company, and all administrative agencies there under, The New River Company, The City of Westminster, the United Nations and all Member Nations thereof, all non-aligned Nations, all 

Indigenous Nations of the World as original stewards of Hope Staves, The Hague and World Court, the Governor General of Canada, the Secretary of State of the United States, UNITED STATES, all original jurisdiction states of America, all corporate States of America, The United States of America, the United States of America, the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,

The Prince Elector and Arch Treasurer of the Holy Roman Empire, the Prince Elector and Arch Treasurer of the United States of America, the Holy Roman Emperor, the United Kingdom, Great Britain, the House of Windsor, the House of Rothschild, all other Houses known and unknown, all unincorporated territories, the Trustee of the Testamentary Trust of the Unum Sanctum (TriRegnum, Triple Crown) of 1302, All Peers and Nobility, All Land, Flesh, and Souls, all who are still Lost at Sea, the Temple Bar and the Four Inns of Court, any purported or actual world authorities, and all Beings of which and to whom these presents do or may or might pertain, of this Eleemosynary Society and its Office’s Existence, Purpose, and Intent. This Certification and Adoption stand superior to the alleged Territorial capacities as stated in Title 28, 3002 (15), (a), (b), and (c). Like the alleged public policy stated in the Buck Act of 1940 as codified at 4 U.S.C.S. Sections 105-113, or any and all corporate state revised statutes for Corporate Sole, which does not hereby attach to or grant authority of jurisdiction nor does this society derive its right of existence by said statuses, and does not impute jurisdictional adhesion thereto nor grant any hereby, rather explicitly stating that such statutes stand as lesser constituted jurisdictions and are merely acknowledged by right of superior authority’s stated and vested in the Instrument of Establishment and Articles of Creation. The Office of the Overseer for a Living Woman, Hope Birth & Beyond, an Eleemosynary Society, is established on the Free, Dry Soil of North America and thereupon the Original Jurisdiction of the substance and soil of Planet Earth.

• Rights to conduct lawful business. The Overseer shall have all rights necessary to fulfill the purpose of the Establishment, to enter into contracts, to protect the assets of the Office, to establish trusts or other lawful entities, either statutory or by private contract, for purposes of banking, protecting assets of the Office, or as the Overseer shall deem proper and fit to maintain the Mission Statement and fulfill the purposes of the Society and for the benefit of its members and for contributions to the general greater good of society as a whole through its chosen ministries and eleemosynary services. 

• No Fidelity Bond(s) are required. The Overseer, Scribe, and Successor Overseer(s) shall serve without Fidelity Bonds. 

• No Liability Bond(s) are required. The Overseer will, in the capacity of Office Holder, assume only such liability as may attend to the Society’s assets without acting as an accommodation party thereof. This Overseer’s liability shall not jeopardize the Overseer’s property except for a willful breach of trust. For any losses the Overseer should suffer for any reason through services, the Overseer shall be reimbursed from the Office’s property, assets, or income to the same extent as would not-interested parties. 

• No Liability for Acts of Licensed or Designated Functionaries. No Individual or Entity acting as a licensed or designated Fiduciary Party shall be liable for any act or omission whatsoever of any other Fiduciary Party(s) or of their own, except in cases of purposeful neglect, unlawful acts, or willful malfeasance in the carrying out of designated duties for the purpose of the affairs of the Society. Idaho 54-5508.  EXEMPTIONS (3) 

• The office is responsible for the debts of the Society. Every person, natural or artificial, contracting to deal with the Office of the Overseer or to have any debt, claim, or judgment against it shall look only to the funds and property of the Office for payment or satisfaction thereof. No Fiduciary Party or Agent of the Office shall ever be personally liable for or on account of the Office, the Society’s estate, or the conduct in pursuit thereof. The Office of Overseer has full right and authority to open bank accounts, enter into contracts, and sue or be sued. 

Suggested Notice. A stipulation or notice to this effect may be inserted in any contract, order, or other instrument made by the Overseer or his Designated Agents and on stationary used by them. Still, the omission thereof shall not be constructed as a waiver of the foregoing provision. It shall not render the Overseer (Office Holder) Fiduciary Party(s), or agents personally liable or liable in their persona. 

• NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons, natural or artificial, extending credit to, contracting, or having claims against this office of overseer that they must look only to the funds and property of the office for payment or settlement of any debt, tort, damage, judgment, or decree, or for any indebtedness which may become payable hereunder; That the Overseer or designated agents are not personally liable when dealing with the office or the Society’s properties or matters.  

• Powers of the Overseer. Powers and Authority of the Overseer shall be construed as general power of the Living Beneficiaries of Hope Staves, under the protection of the Private Court of the association of the Hope Birth & Beyond Private Contract Association, a Mutual Benefit Society (established and affirmed by continuous existence since 01/01/2024 as a private unincorporated association and by notice to the public). Such powers are all-inclusive to anything any living being may do in any state or country for the preservation and growth of assets and/or generation of resources to further the purposes of the Society in fulfillment of its Mission and Intent. 

• The Office is Not a Commercial Entity and shall not engage in Commerce. The Office of Overseer shall remain private and not engage whatsoever in commerce. Its Articles of Creation are and shall remain private and shall not in any way be subject to subpoena or other demands from the public, and as such, shall be subject to the below-established sum certain penalty for breach of the Overseer’s Covenant of Silence (see clause 15) and any Breach of Trust by public servants as the administrative trustees of Hope Staves and Public Trust. In the furtherance of the preservation, protection, and maintenance of the assets and financial affairs of the Office, such private or commercial entities as may best suit the necessity of such maintenance and preservation of the financial assets and affairs of the Office, whether as private contract or statutory entities, but shall not accept or attaching contractual nexus or numeric identifier to the Office directly which might be constructed to impair the private nature of the Office or its superior author as enrolled within the Rolls of Charter and Jurisdiction of the Hope Birth & Beyond Society. 

• Establishment of Commercial Entities and Powers thereof. In furtherance of the financial oversight and management of the Office, any such commercial entity created at the discretion of the Overseer shall have the power of, but not limited to, the power to continue in business, conserve the property, commercialize the resources and extend an established line of the business in industry or investment as herein specially noted, at the discretion of the Overseer or his or her designated agents for the benefit of the office such as: Buy, sell or lease land for surface or sub surface rights, and/or oil, and/or mineral rights, buy or sell mortgages, securities, bonds, notes, commodities, gold, silver, platinum and other precious metals, diamonds, gemstones, numismatic coins, and collectibles:  buy, sell our conduct mail-order business, our branches thereof; operate stores, shops, factories, warehouses, or other trading establishment or places of business of any distributor of multi-level or network marketing; allocate funds derived  from any source for charity, religion, education, research, or other purposes, weather for immediate or future application, to be managed by Specific Agents or fiduciary parties or others, as designated by the Overseer; construct, buy sell, lease, or rent any type of real estate, improved or unimproved; advertise different articles or business projects; borrow money for any project, pledging the Office assets or property for the payment thereof; hypothecate assets, property, or both, own stock in, or entire charters of corporations (de jure or de facto), companies, partnerships or associations, or other properties in any state or State and in any country of the world where so allowed, as the Overseer may deem advantageous.

• Doing business with the Office of Overseer. No person, corporation, or other entity who purchases any of the property of the Office, or any extended entity as provided for in item 11 above, or in any manner deals with the Office or with the Overseer, shall be required to inquire into the authority, expediency, propriety, validity, or necessity of the Overseer to make or perform any transaction whatsoever, or to account for the Application or disposition of any money or other property transferred to the Overseer or Office thereof on any account, nor shall they be in any way responsible for the proper use our application of such funds or properties transferred by them to the Office of Overseer or designated fiduciary agent under the terms of this Statement and Decree. 

• Preservation of Rights of the Office of Overseer. The Overseer, as well as any agent appointed thereof, shall always seek to preserve the rights of the Office and the Society against waiver or any other potential loss. Entanglement of the Office of the Society with liabilities springing from any compelled medical benefit associated with any unreleased commercial contract and/or agreement is to be avoided whenever possible. All such compelled benefits or commercial contracts shall not attach to the Office if, as the Overseer states, his lack of consent and/or acceptance thereof.     

• The Office of Overseer of Hope Birth & Beyond is not an Aggregate Corporation, has no board or Officers, and is not created by statutes. Nothing herein shall be constructed as an intent to evade or to contravene any law nor to delegate to the Overseer any special power belonging exclusively to the franchise of incorporation. 

• Covenant of Silence. The office of Overseer, by and through said Overseer’s acceptance of the Appointment as Office Holder thereto, has established a Covenant of Silence. Said Covenant is between said Office and the Peculiar Members of the Society dealing in secular and Spiritual Relationships, documents related thereto, and equity. The Office Holder is required to affirm her/his acceptance of the aforesaid Covenant until his/her death. Each Office Holder agrees to set off for liquidated damages by self-assessment (like Self-Confession of Judgement and Self-Executing Contract), The amount of Ten Million (10,000,000) Dollars of Silver, or equivalent, for each occurrence of a breach. This amount of applied liquidated damages is and shall be transferable to any person, whether corporate or living man or woman in an individual capacity, who attempts to forcibly compel the Office Holder or other individual holding office for the Society to reveal the private documents, business or affairs of this Society against his or her will in maintaining said Covenant of Silence. Any actual or attempted trespass on the Covenant of Silence shall immediately cause the issuance of a True Bill accompanied by a Self-executing Power of Attorney and Confession of Judgment to be presented for payment of liquidated damages to the trespassing party to parties. The Statement and Decree of the Overseer shall serve as the only notice of the self-executing nature of such liquidated damages.

• Non-Waiver of Original Organic Law. Hope Birth & Beyond does not recognize, acknowledge, receive, or accept any alleged or purported jurisdiction as “ in this state” or “ within this state” alleged to include “ all federal areas lying within the exterior boundaries of the state,” as stated in such state revised status, for example, tendered as a purported notice in the alleged Revised Code of Washington at 82.04.200 or in the alleged California Revenue Code Section 6017: “In this State” or “in the State” means within the exterior limits of the State of California and includes all territory within these limits on the bar or seated to the United States of America,” or in comparable State Revised Statutes. Nor does Hope Birth & Beyond, waive any jurisdiction to said alleged “ in this state,” or “ within the state.” Furthermore, the Charter Instrument of Establishment and Articles of Creation of the Office and the Society grant no servitude or other purported Rights to Land or property in any form which have been donated, bequeathed, bought, or contracted for, to be or are currently being held by Hope Birth & Beyond. The aforesaid reservation and non-waiver applies to any purported use of any alleged power which is not premised upon and limited by the original organic jurisdiction precedent to any corporate structure, no matter how long in purported existence, and established on the free, dry soul of the Planet Earth, within and under which these articles and Office are protected under the Safe Haven/Safe Harbor doctrine thereof as against this Charter and all Offices, Powers, and Property created and held thereunder.

• Declaration of Peace. The Society, The office, the overseer, holders of said office and title thereof, and all peculiar members thereof, give notice hereby that they are and remain and shall forever be at peace with the United States, with all other corporate or sovereign bodies in this world, and are proceeding as a non-belligerent, non-combatant, neutral in the public, non-enemy, and not subject to any military/martial civil court and preserving and protecting all unalienable, substantive and inherent rights of Self-Determination and private capacities. 

• Office Location. Hope Birth & Beyond, a Corporation Sole, is located in the Original Jurisdiction on the substance and soil of the Planet Earth, overstanding and superior to any man-made purported claim of venue, jurisdiction, or provenance on the Free, Dry Soil of North America.

• Venue and Jurisdiction for any claim against this said Office shall be the Hope Birth & Beyond Private Contract Association Court of the Ekklesia, a private ecclesiastical body and ecumenical court under the protection, privacies, and immunities of the private ecclesiastical law thereof. The Office and Office Holder/Overseer hereof explicitly deny any adhesion or grant of jurisdiction to any other lesser or inferior body for any arbitration or claims, either commercial, civil, or otherwise. Any attempt to establish jurisdiction in any public, commercial, or administrative tribunal shall be properly abated with and by the filing under the special appearance of a copy of this notice. NOTICE IS HEREBY SERVED That as of this date, the Office of Overseer is established by the privately ordained and appointed Office Holder, as follows: Hope Staves

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, as OVERSEER, herein subscribed below, I do hereby affirm with full private liability under Oath and Affirmation that the above facts are true, correct, complete, and certain and hereby establish My acceptance of Office of Overseer of Hope Birth & Beyond, of a binding contract with My Source and by authority therefrom, I do bring forth this Statement and Decree in the Nature of Notice to the Public, and do establish the above points for said notice and hereunto set My Hand and Seal this.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY, NON-CIRCUMVENTION, NON-DISCLOSURE

The member, as part of their membership in Hope Birth & Beyond  Private Contract Association hereby agrees not to divulge, disclose, or communicate to any individual, person, firm, or corporation at any time, either directly or indirectly, in any form or manner whatsoever, any confidential material, contacts, documents, contracts or operational information concerning the private matters subject to this agreement. This explicitly includes the understanding that any proprietary documentation, contracts, or procedures are the private and proprietary property belonging to the membership and association as further understood and described in the private contract association articles of creation and membership agreement.

The member shall not convey proprietary materials (written or electronic format) to other parties, not members of the association, without the prior written consent of the membership body. Any materials conveyed to the member of a general educational nature within the existing public arena, available on the Internet or circulating in written form, are not considered proprietary or confidential under the terms of this clause or section and can be freely shared and distributed as desired. The restrictions of non-circumvention and non-disclosure are intended to apply to the proprietary documents, contracts, procedures, and similar functions held privately within and by the association. The foregoing obligation of non-disclosure shall extend and survive the expiration, termination, completion, transfer, renewal, or refusal to renew membership for a period of three (3) years.

The member agrees that no attempt will be made to circumvent any and all other association members pertaining to matters discussed and revealed by and through the creation of and facilitating of any materials of the association. The foregoing obligation of non-circumvention shall extend and survive the expiration, termination, completion, transfer, renewal, or refusal to renew membership for a period of three (3) years.

The confidentiality clauses shall apply to all public agencies, officers, representatives, agents, and other persons who are part of any public or corporate entity within UNITED STATES as a corporation and all sub-divisions and corporate subsidiaries. The member agrees not to disclose, reveal, share, or in any way convey any material to any such agencies and will retain and protect the private nature of the association and all activities attached to and engaged in therein. Member agrees to not show proprietary materials or PCA /PMA content to non-members without prior written consent of the association's governing council or board of trustees.

DISCLAIMER AND ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY

The affirming and accepting member of the association hereby agrees, understands, consents, and affirms that all conversations, discussions, or other communications spoken, written, or otherwise transferred and or received by and through membership and participation in the PCA/PMA are not legal, medical or financial advice or otherwise in any way construed to be such.

The parties agree and understand that any and all such paperwork or oral instruction given and/or received or otherwise disseminated by the association, or any members thereof, is done ONLY at the voluntary request of the member and only for the development of knowledge and understanding as to the available rights, remedies and other solutions to the member’s personal and private affairs and that such are undertaken and conveyed solely as part of the mutual benefit principles of the Hope Birth & Beyond Private Contract Association, and to be applied by the member as per his or her own personal self-responsibility in choice and application thereof. Said communications are only for purposes or benefits of the member, herein having affirmed and accepted terms of membership, and are no more than the expressed beliefs of the association and its members, and are based on the experience, knowledge, and/or understanding of the members of the PCA/ PMA for private dissemination and knowledge development.

The member understands and agrees that all members of the PCA/ PMA are NOT attorneys, Certified Public Accountants, or licensed medical professionals, nor are they undertaking to provide or give legal, medical, or tax advice. The member understands and agrees that the members of the PCA / PMA do not have formal training in law, accounting, or other such trade or practice and are not in any way conveying tax or legal advice under the terms of membership. Idaho 54-5508.  EXEMPTIONS

The member understands and agrees that all activities of the PCA / PMA are private and not of a commercial nature or in a public venue. The member affirms and commits to maintaining, honoring, and protecting the Covenant of Silence of the Overseer of Hope Birth & Beyond, a corporation sole, as fully described by public notice in the Declaration and Affidavit thereof.

The member has voluntarily sought out the PCA / PMA and the members thereof for assistance because of, in, or for situations that the member has solely encountered on and by the member’s own actions. The PCA/ PMA and all members thereof are not making any claims of correctness, functionality, or results, either positive and/or negative. The use of any courses, classes, materials, documents, templates, discussions, or paperwork found within the PCA / PMA materials and websites is a voluntary decision of the member or herself. Further, it is agreed and understood that the member agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the PCA / PMA and all of its Members against any/all claims, decisions, judgments, or any other action or results of the use of any or all of the communications between the parties whether in written, electronic or spoken form.

The member understands and agrees that any and all communications resulting from this membership are merely discussions between the parties and are based on personal experiences, mutual trust, and the furtherance of knowledge for personal and private benefit and use. By the acceptance and affirmation of the articles of association, these principles, and other material on the Hope Birth & Beyond Private Contract Association website, the member agrees and covenants together with the association membership and all members therein that they shall pursue legal and lawful remedies to their individual and respective needs and requirements. All members of this agreement and of the PCA membership warrant, attest, and affirm that they undertake any and all decisions or actions under their own self-directed choice and personal responsibility.

ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

The following constitute the articles of association for the Hope Birth & Beyond Private Contract Association. By entering the website for the first time and continuing to use it thereafter, every member agrees that they have read the following and are in contractual agreement under these private articles.

1. The Hope Birth & Beyond PCA / PMA is a private contract association styled as a Mutual Benefit Society and is only available to members for access and use. By agreeing to these articles, one becomes a member of the PCA / PMA.

2. The Hope Birth & Beyondr PCA provides a growing range of educational and self-development resources for its members and other forms of community development; it does not provide legal, accounting, or health advice or operate in commerce or the public.

3. The Hope Birth & Beyond PCA / PMA adheres to and is in strict conformance with principles and tenets that support the mission of Hope Birth & Beyond to celebrate, develop, and guide the expression and manifestation of the individual truth of each of its Members.

4. The use and/or application of any information and understanding gleaned from the offerings of Hope Birth & Beyond PCA is strictly under and is the self-responsibility of each member. All members agree to hold harmless and indemnify Hope Birth & BeyondPCA, its members, associates, boards of directors, and other associated parties from any claim as a result of such use.

5. As a Mutual Benefit Society, the Hope Birth & Beyond PCA strictly adheres to the principle that all members are here within to assist and support each other in their pursuit of solutions in each other's lives to step into life as prosperous, productive, healthy and free members of the society and the world at large. All members commit to the principle that they shall not purposefully cause harm to themselves, each other, the society, or the world at large and shall utilize the contents herein for peaceful and productive purposes to be part of building a new sustainable world that is best for all and supports all life on Planet Earth, and should harm be caused inadvertently with the applications of knowledge and awareness gained herein, shall immediately apologize for such harm to the offended party(ies) and seek to redress and correct the mistakes and results caused therefrom.

6. Should any harm or issue come about between members requiring resolution, the members agree to submit such issues to a board of arbitration and Court of Ekklesia made up of members of the society as a jury of their peers and shall settle all such disputes or issues peaceably and take as binding the conclusions of the board and Court of Ekklesia that hears the matter.

7. All standard universal principles of non-disclosure shall apply to the materials and content of the Hope Birth & Beyond PCA/ PMA, and all members agree not to expose the content to non-members and shall not attempt to sell or convey such content for profit or gain.

8. Every member of the society, by their entry into and use of the Hope Birth & Beyond PCA / PMA and its contents and materials, agrees, understands, consents, and affirms that all written materials, audio and visual content, conversations, discussions, or other communications spoken, written or otherwise transferred and or received are not legal, medical or tax advice, legal, medical or tax instruction or otherwise in any way construed to be such. The members agree and understand that any and all such audio/video material, paperwork, treatments, or oral instruction given and/or received or otherwise disseminated by any member of the society is done ONLY at the voluntary participation of the members and only for the development of knowledge and understanding as to the available rights, remedies and other solutions to the members’ personal and private affairs and that such is undertaken and conveyed solely as part of the mutual benefit principles of the Private Contract Association, and to be applied by each individual as per their own personal self-responsibility in choice and application thereof.

9. The members understand and agree that all activities of the PCA/ PMA are private and not of a commercial nature or in a public venue. The members have voluntarily sought out the Hope Birth & Beyond PCA/ PMA for assistance because of, in, or for situations each member has solely encountered on and by their own actions. Every member understands that the conditions of their public, commercial, financial, or other affairs are the result of their own actions and take full responsibility as such, and shall not blame or accuse any other member of responsibility for their lives or the results of any actions or situations previously undertaken. All members affirm that they undertake all decisions or actions due to the content and materials of the Hope Birth & Beyond PCA/ PMA pursuant to their own self-directed choice and personal responsibility and are fully and wholly responsible for any and all results obtained.

Declaration of Intention

Amoris et Lux Global/ Hope Birth & Beyond Society

It is hereby established as the intention of Hope Birth & BeyondPrivate Society, by The Office of the Overseer, by and for Hope Birth & Beyond Private Contract Association, a Mutual Benefit Society, that all living men, women, and children who wish to enter into this Society shall, on an individual and wholly personal level, consider this Declaration of Intention and, upon acceptance of such intentions, make them their own. The Office of the Overseer and Hope Birth & Beyond Society and Private Contract Association do not in any way compel or require any member of the Society to accept or feel compelled to accept this Declaration of Intention but only encourage each and every member to consider the principles stated herein deeply and if so moved, to make them their own as the foundation of their lives.

Hope Birth & Beyond a Private Society open to any and all human beings, as the living essence of Life standing manifest in human form, to become a member of our Society of their own free will and volitional choice, and said Society shall be comprised of each individual member recognized as a whole and self-contained being, whose purpose, presence and intention shall be therein upheld and honored as a whole system, indivisible and with full authority established within a universal Spirit that manifests as Life itself. However, each member may choose to describe, detail, or perceive said Spirit or the Source thereof. We can all agree that we share Life and come from somewhere, so we have a source. We can also agree that we all share a common ground, which is the very breath that sustains our lives; as such, our source constitutes the very substance and fabric of life itself, and because all life is ultimately interwoven in its mutual and interdependent nature, our only choice here on Earth is to do that which is Best for All Life, for that which is best for all is as well best for each and every one of us. Most people express the concept of source as divine, so we put forth that the word “divine” has as its roots the construct of “the vine,” being a metaphor for the vine that takes root in the soil and substance of the Earth, to bring forth and bear fruit in the synergy of life, for we are that fruit from the root of the source that nourishes us and provides succor and vitality as the fruit of our own spirit on the tree or vine of life. The word “spirit” has its roots in the word breath: to inspire, to fill with breath, to be fully aligned and with and a part of life, spirit, and all of existence, and we all share this common ground as the life that we share and inspire together. Together, we embrace the principle that We Hold All Life As Sacred and Honor the Life Force In All Beings. As this unified spirit of life, we proclaim all life here to be the fruit of our breath: eternal, joyful, abundant, and free. The source of life is that place where the living stands unencumbered in such a state of freedom and equality, solvency and wholeness, in honor and integrity, inhabited by those who have awakened to the fact that we were previously lost at sea, the sea of commerce as a metaphor for illusion and death, a sea created by the minds of men to enslave and control our lives in the world of commerce in bonded servitude and trapped in the illusions of debt. In the land of the living, we honor all life and do unto others as we would have them do unto us and love each other as we would be loved…this is the whole of our law: to uplift all life and honor the sanctity of the life force in all beings.

• As an a priori foundation, Hope Birth & Beyond Private Society is founded on the principle that no man or woman shall be bonded or indentured to another and that the Gift of Life is one freely conveyed. Therefore, our intention is that Hope Birth & Beyond Private Society is a protective enclosure, a safe haven, and a safe harbor into which all may come and have safe passage through and out of the sea of death to the land of the living, stand together, free of bondage, free of slavery, and free of the follies of the minds of men that have sought to contain, constrain, own and enslave all of humanity as their property and chattel, instead of as we were originally intended to be, living free of all such shackles, chains, and constraints. Fundamental to this is to show each and everyone how they can – by their own free will, action, and choice – choose to engage within themselves the power and capacity to break the bonds of illusion perpetrated by and within the minds of men. Such is the manifested illusion of debt that keeps us lost in the sea of death or bondages of restrained choices to hold back one from living as one sees one's own life’s path.   By settling all claims and attachments to the illusions of debt and slavery, we enter the land via the port of safe harbor. Upon the land, we stand on the soil and substance within and as Life itself, thereby delivering the manifest cargo of our individual spirit as beneficiary of Hope Staves to port as the landed estate of the living body standing as the self-expressed life of every member of our Society.

It is the intention of this Society to be so constituted with all members as living beneficiaries of Hope Birth & Beyond, said Estate defined as the Gift of Life in Manifestation, and to thereby, as a congregation of the larger whole, establish both a system of balanced self-governance in converse with the unified and collective spirit that indwells within each of us in our individual and personal relationships with our Source and Life. 

• The Second Principle We Declare and Recognize as the guiding foundation upon which our Society shall be constituted is Self-Responsibility. We recognize fundamentally that we are not victims, that all that we see in the manifest world is a result of our own acceptance and allowance of outside authority, power, and principalities as if a real hierarchy of life station exists or existed or was the original intent of source as life. This, too, includes our own abrogation of self-responsibility. Rather, we understand and realize that we are responsible for what we have created in this life through our acceptance, allowance, and consent, individually and collectively. In that awareness of true responsibility, we embody our own power and authority to correct what has been manifested in the dereliction of responsibility to uphold and honor all life. As such, by this Declaration of Intention and the acceptance thereof, we commit ourselves to healing this world in every form, in every corner, and for every living thing. In this, we recognize the inherent power in such responsibility and that all can be made whole once again if built on a foundation of responsibility for all life. By acknowledging our own responsibility, we empower others to follow and to begin to take the steps to make amends and to atone for what has been done before. To atone means to enter a state of being “at one,” to return to our original template as part of the living fabric of this world, and to be aligned with all life and each other. By so doing, each one is erasing the illusion of external power and control that has manifested in the form of bondage and slavery in this world.

• The Third Principle That We Declare and Recognize as the guiding foundation upon which our Society shall be constituted is that of Stewardship, herein defined as the balanced and integrated approach towards the development and maintenance of the necessities of Life in all of its manifold expression by and through the natural resources with which this Earth has been sufficiently endowed for all of life’s sustenance, support, nurturance and well-being. As such, our focus shall be as a responsibility in relationship to the natural resources that come under our purview, to hold, maintain, develop, and expand said resources for the benefit of all who choose to come into our Society, for all of Humankind and for all of Life in the wholeness of the fabric and substance thereof. We hereby declare that we shall be guided in our endeavors with a sense of sacredness for the Gifts of Life; that all current and future generations shall be the beneficiaries of said service in the stewardship of all the resources that are here on this Earth to provide the requirements of life for a whole, balanced and joyfully blessed journey on this planet for all men, women - and those who identify as such and children. In essence, we recognize herein that all such Gifts of Life require an integrated co-creative relationship between Our Source and Ourselves as the stewards of this Earth.

Therefore, We Declare Ourselves as having entered into this association as a free and independent society under the name of Hope Birth & Beyond Private Society, as a society that shall span and encircle the Earth as a whole system whereby each member shall be recognized as being endowed with their own sovereign power and authority within a co-equal relationship between the Earth as our home, our Life and Existence, as our Source, and Ourselves. We hereby declare our recognition of the Earth Herself as a part of the larger blessing of wholeness we each have been endowed with by the Eternal and Infinite Source of Life Itself that has placed us here to imbibe the Gifts of Life we share. In communion with Source, Spirit, and Planet Earth, we declare that a New Earth based on equality, abundance, compassion, mercy, and reverence for the sacredness of all Life shall emerge forthwith by our efforts and our intentions. We place at the highest level our reverence for the sanctity of all beings, the integrity of all life, and the sovereignty and indivisible wholeness through which we honor ourselves, each other, and all other life forms of this Earth.

We Declare Our Intention to Support, Nurture, and Defend the rights of all Human Beings who walk upon this Earth and who share the Gift of Life. This intention is founded upon the recognition that all Sentient Beings are endowed with the unalienable rights of self-determination and the fundamental assurances of the minimum qualities of life, such assurances to be fulfilled by having the necessities of life such as proper nourishment, clothing, shelter, health, access to knowledge and education, training for fulfilling capacities to support and sustain their lives and their families, to be integrated within their relationships of social, economic, familial and community bonds.

It is Our Dedicated Intention That We Shall Strive to assist all those in need so that they may provide for themselves and their families to establish the fundamental requirements of life while on this Earth. We shall be guided by our consciences and our intentions to honor all life forms and all human beings on our planet. All sentient beings in existence as a whole apply our efforts to uplift and sustain the qualities of life that we wish to have for ourselves and our families and to continue in our efforts until all on this planet have achieved such a goal. In so doing, we fulfill the law that states, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

We Come Forward in Peace, with no other agenda except for those herein declared, thereby maintaining the respect and honoring of all human beings, male and female in full equality, of all races, religions, political organizations, and any other human associations that we would desire and expect for ourselves. In this regard, we declare our intention to honor all sentient beings we might interact with and to hold the free moral agency with which every being has been endowed with the highest respect. Each individual who wishes to enter into this Society shall examine their own conscience and personal commitment to this Declaration of Intention, and in the innermost chamber of their hearts shall therein pledge to uphold and fulfill this solemn covenant to the best of their capabilities. We hereby invite all those individuals on this planet who wish to undertake such a pledge to join us on an equal footing as we are intended to be by our Primary Source and the only authority to whom we must answer.

In Sacred Communion, We Hereby Declare that we shall be guided by the inspirational words to be found in a little-known document that formalized the union of the Polish and Lithuanian states in Central Europe in the year 1413, known as the Act of Union, wherein it is stated:

“It is known to all that a Man [or Woman] will not attain salvation if he [or she] is not sustained by Divine Love, which does no wrong, radiates goodness, reconciles those in discord, unites those who quarrel, dissipates hatred, puts an end to anger, furnishes for all the food of Peace…”

“Through that Love, laws are established, kingdoms are maintained, cities are set in order, and the well-being of the State is brought to the highest level…May this Love make us equal, whom Spirit and Identity of laws and privileges have already joined.”

To This, We Dedicate our Creative Force and Capabilities, our Considered Commitment and Resolve, our Heartfelt Passions, and Our Very Breath of Life to see such as this fulfilled in our time. In the Eternal Wisdom of Life Itself, in which all are equal in life, all life is intended to be filled with abundance and prosperity, to be free to enjoy the abundant fruits of creation as designed and manifested through our collective and Eternal Essence. Such abundance shall ensue from the Eternal Heart outwards into the manifest world, for it is hereby decreed that there shall never abide any structure of lack, poverty, or limitation that would inhibit the free flow of our eternal pleasure as Life Itself in bringing forth a true cornucopia of abundance, prosperity and joy on this Earth. Hope Birth & Beyond Private Society shall forever be aligned to this Intention so that said Society shall forever fill and overflow, spreading to all whom we touch the Nectar of Life, Liberty, and Freedom, as the fruit of the vine inspired as the breath of life. In such radiance shall each of us become a center point of Eternal Life, a reality that can only be realized when all share equally in the fruits of the vine of life. May that vine be firmly planted in Life; that the succor and sustenance that all require to live here in life shall be sufficiently full, and that the spirit that fills and inspires us be forever sustained.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we do hereby establish this covenant and co-creative bond with all beings and with all life, and decree this as the new foundation upon which the Earth shall be made more livable, and declare this as the intention of Hope Birth & Beyond Private Society. Hope Birth & Beyond Private Contract Association, initially affirmed by the Office of the Overseer of Hope Birth & Beyond, and individually, by each and every member of the Society and by all those who wish to affirm and make this Declaration and Intention their own, and so shall it be.

 

Private Members Association Membership Details

On January 1st, 2024, Hope Birth & Beyond evolved into a new legal entity called a Private Membership Association (PMA) for the purposes of protecting its member's 1st, 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendment rights to privacy, freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, and freedom of speech as it relates to their healthcare choices, natural products, and services. A big reason for this transition is that recently, and over the past 30 years, some states' medical licensing boards or other parties have tried to stop the public from receiving natural, common-sense health care and radical birth care.

Terms of Membership. 

The Hope Birth & Beyond Private Contract Association extends the Hope Birth & Beyond Society and Private Contract Association. By entering the website for the first time and continuing to use it thereafter, every member agrees that they have read the following and are in contractual agreement under these private articles.

ACCEPTANCE AND AFFIRMATION OF SELF-RESPONSIBILITY

The Hope Birth & Beyond Society is a private society established for the mutual benefit of its members and to pursue the stated mission of the Society to celebrate, develop, and guide the expression and manifestation of the individual truth of each of its Members.

All amounts conveyed to the PCA/ PMA for membership are considered private donations to become a member of this private contract association.

Our Society’s intentions include a deep commitment to self-responsibility and the ongoing stewardship of our resources, gifts, and abilities through service to others. Ultimately, our mission is to help each member become a valuable and positive force in the world by supporting their journey towards aligning their outer reality with their internal truth.
